Our meeting room which can seat 50 people or 40 people at tables is available Monday through Friday. The rental rate is $50.00 per four(4) meeting or $95.00 for the entire day until 8pm.

Our Executive Board Room is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm. It can accommodate 8 people comfortably. It can be rented for $25.00 per four(4) meeting or $45.00 for the entire day.

Our offices are available for rent on a month to month basis until 12/31/2007. Our first floor furnished office rate is: $395.00 (2 left) (regularly $595.00. Our second floor office rate is: $375.00 (1 left) (regularly $575.00). These offices include internet and utilities, VOIP phone service recommended. After 12/31/2007 regular rates and 3 month lease apply.
