1. What is West Hill Center and Who Would use this Space?
West Hill Center may be known by many names including executive suites, office business center, serviced offices, executive Center, shared offices, small offices, and temporary or short-term office space. All of these provide traditional office space for individuals or small groups with flexible terms. Offices are and project a professional image. A variety of amenities and services are available with office suite packages including internet capabilities, remote reception connection, fax and copy machine. Other areas include, conference or meeting rooms, reception room and refreshment center. West Hill Center can provide the flexibility and value to meet your needs.Work at home consultants, marketers or realtors who want professional meeting space away from their home office. 2. What services are standard for West Hill Center?
At West Hill Center, we provide offices of varying sizes that can be used by one person or shared by several. Several offices have been professionally furnished and are equipped with high-speed Internet access. In addition, you are provided access to meeting and conference rooms, fax and copy services.
3. Where are you located?
West Hill Center is located just north of Dripping Springs, Texas on Ranch Road 12, MAP, which is centrally located to serve the surrounding cities.
4. What is the minimum lease term?
There is no lease to sign. You will sign a standard one-page License Agreement that does not require a legal degree to understand. You select the office you want and the term you desire, and sign the agreement. It's that simple.
6. Is West Hill Center growing?
Yes we are. We own six acres of commercial road frontage adjacent to West Hill center that provides room for expansion for additional office suites, retail or any viable commercial venture.
7. Who uses West Hill Center?
Whether you consider us an executive office center, a business center or temporary office space, we have the flexibility to meet your various needs. Our focus clients are generally employed by companies and businesses that need somewhere to physically located in the local market or the home based self employed who requires a short term professional space. West Hill Center is currently not a member of the Office Business Center Association International (OBCAI). We are, however, constantly evaluating becoming affiliated with organizations such as the Office Business Center Association. OBCAI is a non-profit trade association that represents a network of member office business centers.

25. Are you similar to Other Executive Suites?
No... Most executive suites have FULL service and charge accordingly for temporary office space. West Hill Center is not similar to most as we offer executive suites, conference rooms and meeting rooms with limited services.
